At Earth Runners, we want you to find your perfect fit and feel grounded in your footwear. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn sandals and any included accessories back into the original eco-friendly packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
